- Quote request form: name, email, phone, requested service, description, attachments/files.
- Minimum technical website data (e.g., IP address and user-agent) for security and session analytics.
3) Purposes and legal bases
- To respond to your request and prepare proposals/quotes — legitimate interests and/or steps prior to entering into a contract.
- Communications related to services already contracted — performance of a contract.
- Legal compliance (invoicing and record keeping).
4) Retention
We keep data only for the time necessary for the purposes described:
— Quote requests: up to 24 months after the last contact;
— Tax documents: applicable legal retention periods.
5) Sharing with third parties
We may use service providers (hosting, email, security, file storage). These act as processors, following Projetuz instructions and with appropriate security measures. We do not sell your data.
6) International transfers
If any provider is located outside the EEA, we ensure appropriate safeguards (e.g., EU Standard Contractual Clauses).
7) Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability. To exercise your rights, contact geral@projetuz.pt. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNPD.

We apply technical and organizational measures to protect data against unauthorized access, loss or alteration.

We only use cookies strictly necessary for the website to function. If we add analytics/marketing in the future, we will update this policy and the respective consent banner.
